Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Is my bank data safe?

Your bank statement is processed entirely in your browser and never leaves your device. We only receive transaction names (like "Netflix" or "Spotify") to identify subscriptions. Account numbers, balances, and personal details are never sent to our servers.

Which banks are supported?

We support CSV exports from most UK banks including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander, Monzo, Starling, and more. If your bank isn't working, email us and we'll add support.

How does the Chrome Extension work?

The extension tracks which subscription websites you visit (like Slack, Notion, Figma) to show you which subscriptions you actually use. It only tracks domain visits, not page content, so your browsing stays private.

Can I get a refund?

If you're not happy within your first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
