Welcome to SaaSZombie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription tracking service, website, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service") operated by Global Talent Leaders LTD ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using SaaSZombie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

SaaSZombie is a subscription tracking tool that helps individuals and businesses identify recurring payments and subscription services. The Service includes:

• Bank statement analysis to detect subscription payments
• Subscription tracking and spending insights
• Optional browser extension to track service usage
• Renewal reminders and alerts
• Reporting and export features

The Service is provided for informational purposes to help you understand your subscription spending. We do not provide financial advice, and our detection of subscriptions may not be 100% accurate.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload data that is not your own or that you don't have permission to share

• You will not upload data belonging to third parties without their consent

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. The free tier may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Browser Extension

Our optional Chrome extension helps track which subscription services you actively use. By installing the extension, you agree that:

• The extension will detect visits to known SaaS service domains
• Visit data will be synced to your SaaSZombie account
• You can uninstall the extension at any time
• The extension only tracks domains, not page content or browsing history

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Global Talent Leaders LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"SaaSZombie" and our logo are trademarks of Global Talent Leaders LTD. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or completeness of subscription detection
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

We do not warrant that our subscription detection will identify all subscriptions or that the amounts shown will be 100% accurate. Always verify important financial information with your bank statements directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL TALENT LEADERS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Financial decisions made based on information from the Service
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Talent Leaders LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
